Agustin, the owner, has been roofing in the greater Calgary area since 2012. For the past 6 years he and his crew have been the exclusive roofing crew for a small Calgary roofer.
As of May 2023, that company enjoys a 4.8 star rating on Google and a 97% rating on Homestars, largely due to Agustin’s stellar performance.
King Sky does not try to be everything to everybody. Our specialty is roofing. We do work with respected contractors in other fields that can assist you where needed.
Agustin is assisted by two sales associates that also worked with his former employer, and both have more than 10 years experience in the industry. Both are happy to provide you with whatever information you may need to make an informed decision that meets
your roofing needs.
It is our mission to provide a high-quality roof at a reasonable price, starting with the initial conservation and ending with the pickup of the last stray nail, recycling as much material as possible.

When you are installing a new roof we can assist you in selecting the shingle type, quality, design and colour you want.
Roof Repairs
Roof damage caused by ice damming, wind, poor ventilation, skylight leaks.
Insurance Work
We also will complete a free review of the adjuster’s report.
Insurance Claims
Once you have received your insurance adjustor’s report, we can review that report and advise you if anything has been missed. Our review will look at everything on your property including the roof, eaves, siding, windows and doors, fencing and any sundry items. After a major storm, adjustors are very busy and can easily miss something that needs replacing or repairing.
The advantage of King Sky Roofing replacing your roof is that the owner Agustin will be on your roof completing the necessary work. Should you use your insurer’s contractor there is a high likelihood that the work will be completed by a sub-contractor who is only working while there is work to be done. Often the supervision of the sub-contractor’s work is lacking or non-existent. We recommend you always use an established local roofing company to complete the required work.
We can assist you in finding quality contractors to complete the non-roofing part of your claim.
Warranty
SHINGLE MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES:
These warranties only cover the cost of the materials. Then you have to pay a contractor to remove the damaged materials, pick up the new materials, complete the repairs or replacement, then take the removed materials to the dump. Those warranties also have a limited lifetime attached, and depreciate in value over time.
The KING SKY WARRANTY IS UNIQUE:
(1) OUR WARRANTY COVERS ALL OF THOSE OTHER COSTS: removing the damaged materials, picking up the new materials, installation, removal of the debris, and cleanup of your property.
(2) OUR WARRANTY REMAINS IN PLACE AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR HOME. If you sell your home within the first five years after installation, we will transfer the remainder of that five years to the new owner. Our workmanship is warrantied for the same time period.
WE KNOW OF NO OTHER ROOFER THAT OFFERS THE SAME WARRANTY.
